Mary C. ( Jackson ) Reed ( 1863-1910 ) was born on November 13., 1863 in Alabama
. She married Mathious Calvin very young and had a large family of 14 children , including two sets of twins
. She is buried in the Riley Creek Cemetery , Yell County , Ar. beside her husband Mathious Calvin Reed .

Mathious Calvin Reed ( 1857-1918 ) was born on September 22, 1857 in Newburg , Franklin
County , Alabama . His mother named him after her father , Mathias Yocum . He was only 7 yrs old when his father was killed
in the Civil War . He lived close to both his Gandmother Reed and his grandfather Yocum and probably knew them well . He is
one of four children , having 2 brothers and a sister . He married at age 20 to 14 years old Mary C. Jackson . Together they
had 14 children . It was about 1888 when they left Alabama and came to Yell County , Arkansas . After his wife Mary died in
1910 , Mathious married Lizzie Arnold in 1914 . By this time , he was living in Danville , having previously lived in Manning
and Belleville . Mathious had owned 69 acres in both Belleville and Danville , later two lots in the city limits of Danville
. Mathious Died in 1918 at the age of 61 and is buried in the Riley Creek Cemetery near Danville . Mathious's father
and mother were Issac M. and Susan E. ( Yocum ) Reed .

born December 1879 in Alabama to Mathious Calvin and Mary ( Jackson ) Reed . Rosa meet and married Jackson Smith 13 March
1901 . He was the son of G.M. Smith and Mary Smith .

County , Arkansas .

Yell County , Arkansas. Lydia Safronia was the daughter of John Jones and Mary Kimbrough . Lydia was born 20 April 1888 and
died 06 April 1930 in Arkansas .
# 3. Lena Lenora Jones ( 1900-1983 ) . She was born 12 January 1900 in Ar. and
died 05 October 1983 in Arkansas . She is buried in the Paint Rock Cemetery , Logan County , Arkansas . Note
: Lydia Safronia A. Jones and Lena Lenora Jones were sisters .
Enoch Jeffery Reed was called " little Enoch " because there were so many Enoch's in the Reed
Family Tree . Enoch Jeffery was a man who worked many jobs in his lifetime . His first job was a laborer in a saw mill .
In 1920 he was working as a locomotive fireman which led him to locomotive engineer .
He also lived in many different places over the years . From Yell County Arkansas to Prentice Co.
Ms. In 1910 we find him in Logan Co. Arkansas , in 1920 in Dickinson Co. Ks. We find him in Yell Co , Arkansas in the
1930 Census . It looks like his Occupation with the railroad lead him to many different places .

) Reed was the wife of Isaac M. Reed . They were married 08 February in Yell County , Arkansas. Eva R. and Issac M. Reed had
two children together . #1, Clarence C. Reed ( 1905 ) , #2. Opal L. Reed ( 1908 ) .
Bertha M. ( Reed ) King ( 1903-1977 ) , was the daughter of Enoch Jeffery Reed ( 1883-1955 ) and first wife Corra
( Smith ) Reed ( 1884-1904 ) . She was the only child of that marriage. Bertha M. Reed married Johney
Grey King (1900-1977 ). Bertha Mae was 73 yrs at time of her death. Bertha Mae was a member of the New Bethel Missionary Baptist
Church . She and Johney Grey King had nine children together . They had three sons and six daughters . Bertha's husband Johney
Grey died ; Jan. 28 , 1977 and she died in 1977 also. They are both buried in the Salem Cemetery in Yell County , Arkansas.
